Occupancy: Quoted rates do not include 6% sales tax. Rates are based on double occupancy, with the exception of the Aerie and Carriage Suites which accommodate four guests. Our guest rooms can accommodate additional guests. We can prepare our rooms with extra beds with advance notice. For each additional guest, there is a $25.00/person charge each night of your stay. .
Check In/Check Out: Check-In time is from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Please call if delayed. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance notice.
Cancellation: Due to our size, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. At the time of booking you will be charged 50% of your total bill as a deposit. This deposit will be refunded if we receive notification of cancellation up to 10 days prior to your arrival. We do not refund deposits on cancellations made within 10 days of arrival. Cancellations made three days before check in or less will be charged the full amount of the booking. We make every effort to rebook the space, and in the event that we are successful, we will refund your payments. All cancellations must be made via email or a phone call. Your reservation is not cancelled until you get a response via email or phone call by the owners. There are no refunds for early departures.
Please Note: We highly recommend purchasing traveler’s insurance to protect your reservation against unforeseen cancellations or changes, including inclement weather, medical issues, etc.
Accessibility: All of our guest rooms and suites are located on the second and third floors of the inn. We do not have an elevator. Please be aware that the entrance to the inn requires use of steps.
No Smoking: There is a 100% No Smoking Policy inside the inn and in your room. Cigarette smoking is permitted outside on the property away from open windows. There will be a $250.00 charge if any evidence of smoke is detected in the inn or your room.
Pets: We are animal lovers, but we are currently unable to accommodate pets in the inn.
Damage to Inn Property: Management reserves the right to recover costs from any guest in the event of deliberate or unintentional damage to the inn property.
